Two Magpies Bakery is currently recruiting for an Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team in Blakeney.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service & who can drive, motivate & lead a team. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager & Senior management Team whilst managing the day to day running and operations of the cafe. We are fast paced & busy environment so being able to work fast & efficiently whilst maintaining high standards is crucial. You will deliver excellent customer service to our guests, adopt a 'can do' attitude and have an excellent eye for detail.

You will be required to liaise closely with the bakery and back of house team whilst ensuring the cafe/shop is always well presented, tidy & organised. You will organise rotas for your team, manage holiday requests, ensure relevant health & safety training is provided & completed,

We are open 7 days a week, 8am-5pm so would require flexibility with shift patterns although we always honour 2 days off each week. You will also be responsible for the opening and close downs of the site, day to day cashing up and maintaining food safety documentation.

Previous customer service & experience of making coffee to a high standard is essential.
