About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for great coffee and customer service. Barista experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve delicious hot and cold beverages, tailored to each customer's preferences
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting every customer with a genuine smile
  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back
  • Operate till systems accurately and efficiently
  • Support the team with food service and general floor duties
  • Keep our café well-stocked and beautifully presented at all times
  • Uphold our commitment to excellence in every customer interaction
  • Build lasting relationships with our regular customers, making each visit special
  • Maintain spotless workstations, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and well-organised
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure smooth operations
