Job Overview
OMNI Padel UK Limited is an exciting new padel facility based on Astwood Business Park. With x3 indoor courts, and x2 outdoor courts, coaching, events and café/bar, OMNI is going further than just padel! We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Assistant to join our team and help us develop a thriving community of players.

Duties

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during activities
  • Help maintain a clean and organised environment within the club premises
  • Assist in setting up equipment and materials for activities and coaching sessions
  • Provide friendly customer service on-site, by phone or via email
  • Handle general enquiries, bookings and customer purchases
  • Record customer feedback and support or escalate as necessary
  • Open or close the club and help ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures
  • Support daily tasks such as equipment and stock check to ensure all is usable
  • Occasionally may be required to perform duties outside of this list.

Skills

  • Experience working in a club or customer-facing environment such as hospitality, gyms, leisure clubs, sport facilities or tennis clubs
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communicator, organised, proactive and reliable
  • Willingness to learn new systems and take initiative when needed
  • First Aid/CPR qualified - desirable but can provide training
  • Interest in padel and sports in general is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexibly, including during evenings or weekends if required
