Front of House Assistant H Beauty – Silverburn, Glasgow

£14.00 per hour | Various Shift Patterns | Immediate Interviews Available

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and love working in a premium environment?

We’re looking for Front of House Assistants to join the team at H Beauty, Silverburn, Glasgow a luxury beauty destination owned by Harrods.

With 4 positions available and immediate interviews, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-end environment where service, quality and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.


What will you be doing?
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers, providing a warm and professional experience
  • Delivering exceptional front of house service within a luxury environment
  • Taking and serving food and drinks to a high standard
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the venue runs smoothly
  • Maintaining excellent presentation and service standards at all times
  • Creating a memorable experience for every customer
  • Working confidently as part of a busy, friendly and professional team
What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident and passionate about customer service.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in waiting tables or front of house, preferably within a high-end or premium environment
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and polished approach
  • The ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
  • Barista experience or training would be highly desirable, although full training can be provided

Most importantly, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers and take pride in providing a first-class experience.
