Full job description

We have three positions available:

1. Full-time working 4 days out of 7 up to 40 hours per week

2. Part time working 4 days out of 7 up to 35hours

3. Part time working 2 days out of 7 up to 20 hours

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our existing team working as Bakery Retail Assistant preferable with barista experience.

These are LIVE-OUT positions therefore you must live ideally locally to Callander or be able to commute. Immediate start available.

Hours of work will usually be between 7.30am to 5.30pm and include weekends on a rota basis.

You must be experienced in retail and used to working in a fast paced, busy environment. Must be reliable, punctual and ideally have a passion for food. You must speak English proficiently and have an approachable, personable personality and offer our customers exceptional customer service, every shift, everyday.

What You'll Do

  • Our retail bakery assistants will serve our customers, preparing their orders, making coffee's, teas, answering any queries and upselling our products.
  • Provide the customer with a great shopping experience every time so they will keep coming back
  • Our team work a combination of morning, and afternoon shifts across the week, serving customers, cleaning, restocking and rotating with other general retail duties.
