We are currently seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant with barista experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front of house environment
• Handle customer orders and payments efficiently
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality role
• Confident barista skills with knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
