Full job description

Job Summary

The Rugged Bunch is turning 6, enjoying a steady growth since its opening.

We're now looking to hire our Assistant Manager.

You'll be working assisted by the owners, slowly taking on more responsibilities as we go, until you're ready to be on your own, at which point your job title, duties and salary will change accordingly.

Years of experience as a manager not extremely important as full training will be given, but your barista skills - and great customer service - will be a decisive factor.

You'll be opening and/or closing the shop on your own from the start.

Experience in food prep ideal but not essential, full training will be given.

You'll be leading our small team, completing daily tasks, communicating directly with the owners who are on site most days.
