Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while enjoying their food and beverages. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in our café.

Duties

  • Assist with making great coffee, training will be given.
  • Help maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Serve customers efficiently, taking orders and providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during busy periods.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Join us as a Cafe Assistant and be part of a vibrant team that values quality service and teamwork! This role is a 3/4 days over 7days, can and will include some weekend working.
