About us

CHEAT DAZE is a creative, fast-paced and customer-centric dessert brand with over 10 stores nationwide.

As a valued team member, you will strive to provide an excellent all round customer experience. We will need you to be well-presented, friendly, energetic and able to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.

We will train you in customer service, dessert preparation, and hygiene practices, but will need you to be proactive and self-motivated.

Presentation of desserts is essential, so attention to detail is key, as is the ability to communicate effectively with your team and the customers.

We are recruiting part-time and full time team members who can work evening and weekend shifts.

Shop opening times: 5pm- 1am (weekdays). 3pm-2am (Fri - Sun)

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers
  • Taking customer orders at the till
  • Handling cash and card payments
  • Following set guidelines on the preparation of made-to-order desserts and milkshakes including decoration
  • Assisting in the opening & closing of the store
  • Preparing orders for takeout
  • Keeping work stations clean and following hygiene procedures
  • Completing stock checks and replenishing stock with the team
