We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe & Bar Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch service, and craft memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Manage daily cafe and bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest service
  • Supervise a small team staff fostering teamwork and motivation
  • Manage & implement 5 star Service delivery from Coffees to cocktail, Food & the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee & execute food preparation, cooking, bartending, and food production to maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Train team members in hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety protocols
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene standards, and overall ambiance to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
  • Barista trained
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and culinary practices
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Hands-on experience in food production, kitchen operations, and beverage service including barista skills is a plus
  • Strong communication skills combined with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
