Ola Coffee Co. is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team!

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join our team at a vibrant, health-focused café in Twyford.

About the role

You’ll be working with a simple, fresh menu focused on short-order hot food alongside a small selection of baked goods.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys clean, wholesome cooking in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes accurately
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work confidently both independently and as part of a team
  • Ensure full awareness and management of allergens

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef (or similar role)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Good understanding of food hygiene standards
  • Ability to work unsupervised (full training provided)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
