About Us

Weetons Leeds Road is our flagship retail and dining destination on the outskirts of Harrogate! Offering a stunning premium home & garden hall, food hall, established plant & garden centre, and a delectable restaurant and cafes.

Alongside our physical stores we have a sizeable online business within our delightful hamper and gifting offer, and each Christmas season we significantly grow this stream.

The Role

As such, we are seeking seasonal recruits with fantastic attention to detail, exacting standards, physical pace and stamina, and superb organisational skills to be one of our Weetons Hamper Production crew! An ideal role for someone seeking to boost their bank balance who may be on a career/study break, or someone who's regular line of work is limited in the winter period. Also suitable to open university students who only want to work for a set period of time

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Creating & packing consistent & exacting standards of set formula Weetons Hampers and Gift Boxes
  • I.T and excel skills ideal for order management
  • Manage order labelling, bespoke messaging (B2B hampers) and system administration
  • Pack with care and consideration but equally with pace - physically demanding!
  • Logistics/Warehousing - ensuring the smooth and efficient manoeuvring of stock and palettes
  • Ensuring hamper targets per shift are achieved

Requirements

  • Stock management / logistics / warehousing background ideal
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of pace and motivation.
  • Physically capable with high stamina and general good health
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proven exacting attention to detail and consistently high standards
  • IT systems skill & knowledge is ideal (label and order management)

Location/Days of work

  • Weetons Leeds Road site
  • up to 5 days of 7 a week (potential to include some weekend work) up to 40+ hours per week
  • Start date beginning October 2026 and then up to full time until the end December 2026 (2/3 months fixed contract)
