Full job description

Campbell’s Kitchen is expanding. Our first food truck has become a local favourite and now we’re launching our second sandwich van to bring fresh, delicious food to workplaces around Bristol.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, knows how to drive safely and gets a buzz from seeing a new route develop week by week.

If you enjoy independence on the road, building close relationships with regular customers and having a hand in shaping an expanding business, this is the job for you.

Alongside our current driver and van supervisor, Dan, you will lead the launch of our new mobile sandwich round:

  • Build routes, secure new stops and turn first-time customers into regulars
  • Deliver fresh food to workplaces around the city
  • Handle payments and keep accurate daily records
  • Keep your van and products in excellent shape with strong attention to food hygiene
  • Provide the same warm customer service you’d give in a cafe, barista or bartending role
  • Be the friendly face of Campbell’s Kitchen wherever you go!

What you need to bring:

  • A full UK driving license and not more than 3 points
  • Experience with delivery driving
  • Experience with food and/or beverage sales
  • Confidence with face-to-face sales and customer service
  • Ability to safely lift and move stock
  • Reliability, positivity and a proactive approach to growing the round
