As the UK’s leading garden charity, our members and visitors have a high expectation of our catering outlets. That is why we are looking for a Food & Beveridge Customer Service Assistant to work at our in-house catering operation at RHS Garden Hyde Hall, Chelmsford Essex. Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager,

Overview of the Role: you will be required to work with other F&B Customer Assistants ensuring that high standards of customer care are maintained and to provide an efficient, friendly and helpful service to customers and guests at all times in either the Gardeners Rest Restaurant or the Clover Café, the role requires availability at weekends and bank holidays. Experience of working in a customer care environment is essential and you should have a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering high standards. Must have own transport.
