Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waitress to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our customers have a delightful dining experience.

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and making coffee ,

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
  • Perform basic maths calculations for order totals and processing payments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of making coffee
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to guests.
