Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, food safety, and creating a welcoming environment for all customers. Previous experience in a café setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees, teas, and smoothies
  • Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods
  • Ensure all food safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and processing payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in accordance with health regulations
  • Restock supplies and organise stock levels to ensure smooth service during busy periods

  • Support team members as needed to ensure a seamless café operation
