Barista-

Join the U. Family at U. Bakery & Café | Crowthorne, Berkshire

We're looking for a friendly, passionate and experienced Barista to join our growing team.

At U., we're more than just a café and bakery — we're a community hub built around great coffee, handmade pastries and warm, genuine service. If you love people, care about quality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, positive environment, we'd love to meet you.

About You

  • You're passionate about coffee and confident working on a coffee machine
  • You have previous barista experience
  • You're calm under pressure during busy shifts
  • You're friendly, energetic and a great team player
  • You take pride in quality, speed and keeping your workspace clean and organised

What You'll Do

  • Dial in espresso and maintain consistently high-quality shots
  • Steam milk and confidently pour latte art
  • Prepare drinks quickly, accurately and to a high standard
  • Support with all front-of-house responsibilities
  • Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked and organised
  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable and genuine customer service
  • Follow opening, closing and cleaning procedures
