About Us

We are a specialist organic food and drink business offering seasonal fresh produce, speciality coffee, fresh juices, smoothies and açaí bowls, alongside our online grocery store. Having been in business since October 2025, we are looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated person to join our growing team.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organised and personable individual to support the day-to-day running of our juice bar and coffee operation. This is a practical, customer-facing role combining barista work, fresh food preparation, restocking and general cleaning.

The ideal candidate takes pride in preparing quality drinks and food, enjoys interacting with customers and can work efficiently and independently while maintaining consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving speciality coffee and other hot drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Preparing fresh juices, smoothies, açaí bowls and other menu items.
• Welcoming customers, providing friendly and attentive service, making recommendations and promoting products where appropriate.
• Restocking ingredients, handling deliveries and maintaining well-stocked work areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and high standards of food hygiene.
• Following established procedures and ensuring consistent product quality.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous barista experience and is confident preparing espresso-based coffee drinks.
• Has experience in food preparation, ideally in a café, juice bar or similar environment.
• Is friendly, approachable and confident interacting with customers.
• Is reliable, punctual, organised and able to work independently.
• Is proactive, takes initiative and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Is commercially minded and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
• Is comfortable following established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience and sales.
• Has an interest in fresh, healthy food and an understanding of ingredients and flavours.
• Is physically fit and comfortable regularly lifting and carrying boxes of produce and restocking supplies.
• Understands the importance of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Is flexible regarding lunch break timing to accommodate customer demand and operational requirements.

Food safety training or certification is an advantage.
