Crème London is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Bakery Assistant to support cookie dough production at our Central Kitchen (CPU)! POSITION SUMMARY

As a Bakery Assistant, you'll work closely with our Bakery Manager to help produce our famous cookie dough with care, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone with some bakery or kitchen experience who’s eager to learn, work collaboratively, and support our daily production with pride.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant, fast-paced bakery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing cookie dough according to Crème’s recipes and quality standards.

  • Follow daily production plans and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

  • Monitor ingredients and report low stock or supply issues.

  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

  • Support compliance using systems like Marketman and Alert65.

  • Work closely with the Bakery Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Be flexible and reliable, stepping in where needed during busy periods


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment.
  • A strong interest in baking and attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a small, collaborative team.

  • Punctual, organised, and enthusiastic to learn.
