Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Fish Cutter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, filleting, trimming and portioning fresh salmon, tuna and other fish
  • Ensuring consistent portion sizes and high-quality presentation
  • Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organised preparation area
  • Minimising waste and working efficiently to daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous fish cutting or fish preparation experience
  • Good knife skills
  • Experience with salmon and tuna preferred
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Full-time position | Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: £3,000.00-£5,000.00 per month
