Seasonal Barista / Café Team Member (Part-Time)

£13.00–£14.00 per hour + tips + holiday pay (pro-rata)Three Buds | Vauxhall Park, London

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hard-working team members to join our independent coffee, gelato and food kiosk for the busy summer season.

This is a hands-on role in a small team. Hospitality experience is required and specialty coffee experience is highly desirable.

The Role

• Preparing and serving coffee, gelato and food
• Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
• Operating the till and handling transactions
• Sandwich and food preparation
• Opening and closing duties
• Restocking and receiving deliveries
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

This role requires working across multiple stations throughout the day. You may be making coffee one moment, serving gelato the next, preparing food, taking orders, cleaning or restocking.

The ability to multitask, take initiative and work independently is essential.

About You

• Previous hospitality experience required
• Specialty coffee experience highly desirable
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently when required
• Able to remain calm during busy periods
• Weekend availability required

Shift Information

Part-time positions available.

Shifts typically range from 5–6 hours to 8–9 hours depending on business needs. Applicants must be comfortable with evening finishes of around 7:30pm latest.
