Are you a "people person" who loves a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for a experienced weekend barista/all-arounder here at the Hub cafe who enjoys a fast pace work environment.
Hub is a busy all day cafe located in Victoria Park, East London known for great coffee and food.

We are looking for an energetic all-rounder who can jump from the espresso machine to the till and serve up our breakfasts and lunches with a smile.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coffee & Drinks: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, specialty teas, and cold beverages.
  • Food Service: Serve our range of freshly prepared breakfast and lunch dishes, and manage our tempting cake and pastry display.
  • Till & Transactions: Greet customers, take accurate orders, and process payments quickly and efficiently using our POS system.
  • Team Support: Support the wider team by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a spotless workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least [1–2] years in a high-volume cafe or hospitality role.
  • Multitasking Skills: The ability to stay calm and organized during peak coffe rush and lunch rushes.
  • Friendly Energy: A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for great customer service.
  • Technical Skill: Confident barista skills (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art) and basic food handling knowledge.
