Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our floor staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to food safety standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens, to provide informed recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
