Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team! As a key member of our cafe team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, snacks, and light meals, following food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including counters, tables, and equipment
  • Handle cash register transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing and change giving
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
  • Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and comply with health regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and standards is essential
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
