Agency Barista - Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay in Southampton


We're recruiting an enthusiastic Barista to join a busy and varied hospitality team in Southampton. This flexible opportunity offers regular work, competitive pay, and the chance to work across a range of exciting venues. Whether you're an experienced café professional or have worked in hospitality as a Barista, this is a great chance to build experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and hot drinks
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Keeping coffee machines and workstations clean and organised
  • Supporting with food preparation and general café duties when required
  • Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

What we're looking for:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience working as a Barista
  • Good working knowledge of a bean to cup coffee machine
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
