Full job description

Hub 26 is looking to appoint a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations, commercial success, and unique guest experience across our multi faceted business. Unlike a traditional workplace, gym or standalone restaurant, Hub 26 integrates diverse wellness, leisure, office, and community spaces. The F&B Manager must curate an environment and menu alignment that reflects the modern lifestyle trends of Hub 26, blending wellness, premium casual dining, and community events. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, designing innovative menus that align with our lifestyle-focused brand, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. We are looking for a creative leader who is dedicated to using fresh, high-quality ingredients to provide an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing seasonal menus.

- Managing kitchen staff and scheduling.

- Overseeing food cost control and inventory management.

- Maintaining strict health and safety standards.

- Food preparation & baking

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in food and service management, ideally in a hospitality, corporate, or wellness setting.

- Skills: Strong leadership, budget tracking, and basic computer use.

- Knowledge: Understanding of nutrition trends, health codes, and inventory processes
