What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day running of your site
- Inspire, support, and manage your team
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and coffee quality
- Manage stock & ordering

Working Hours:
Shifts fall between:
Weekdays: 6am–8 pm | Weekends: 7am–8pm
Flexibility is a must - and to support work-life balance, we offer the option to work either 4 longer days or a standard 5-day week, depending on what works best for you.
Requirements:
- 1+ years Barista experience
- 3+ years in Hospitality
- Confident in managing people and operations
- Able to commute or relocate to London
- Right to work in the UK
