Barista opportunity at Stansted Airport

Our stores at Stansted Airport are open 24/7, which means that there's a whole range of shifts available for you!

At Caffè Nero, it’s our teams that make us special. That’s why we’re looking for warm, positive people who love working with others to come and join us.

If you want to be part of a fantastic team, with endless opportunities to learn and grow, this could be the perfect next step for you!

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Joining us as a Barista means bringing this to life and becoming the heartbeat of Caffè Nero. Our Baristas:

• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

We have some great benefits… on top of a competitive rate of pay you can expect:

• An extra £2.50 per hour if you work between 11pm and 6am.
• Brilliant training – no experience is required!
• Free parking at the Airport when you’re working.
• The opportunity to grow your career and develop personally and professionally.
• Unlimited free handmade drinks, and up to 75% off food and packaged drinks, when you’re on shift.
• 50% off all handmade drinks and 40% off everything else when you’re off shift.
• Up to 80% discounted travel.
• Discounted shopping at Stansted Airport.
• Recommend A Friend Scheme, giving you the chance to earn up to £750 if you refer new people to join the team.
• Length of service scheme.
• Access to our benefits platform, with hundreds of discounts, rewards and offers.
• Via our incentive ‘Nero 90’, our Baristas and Shift Leaders also have the opportunity to receive an additional 15p per hour, if their store collectively achieves the Customer Satisfaction score.
