Overview
We are seeking a Barista to join the team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong multi tasking skills and a passion for ensuring high-quality coffee preparation and safety standards in this busy environment.

You will play a crucial role in the company, maintaining efficient workflows, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily cafe operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
  • Implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on drinks to ensure adherence to portion control guidelines.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a barista.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • A willingness to help team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
