Job Description
- Delivering exceptional food, hospitality and customer service standards while continually enhancing the client and customer experience.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, managing performance, training and engagement to ensure colleagues have the skills and support to succeed.
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive commercial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, purchasing, merchandising and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Manage financial administration, including budget monitoring, stock control, monthly stock takes and cost of sales analysis, ensuring all financial targets are achieved.
- Use customer feedback, operational insight and innovation to continually improve services, food presentation and hospitality delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation, maintaining the highest standards across all areas of the operation.
Qualifications
- Have experience in as a supervisor or assistant manager or manager within a hospitality environment
- Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment
- Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
- Good delegation and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate team development skills
- Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
