Multi-Skilled Team Member: Café, Kitchen & Party Host

Are you a high-energy all-rounder who loves a bit of variety? Treasure Chest Indoor Play is looking for a flexible, motivated individual to join our family-run team.

From crafting the perfect coffee and prepping delicious meals to leading a room full of excited children as a Party Host, this role is fast-paced, rewarding, and never boring!

The Role

This is a fully flexible position covering all areas of our centre. You will rotate between the café, the kitchen, and hosting parties. This is a permanent role and not suitable for those still in education or returning to it in September.

  • Hours: On a rota basis, Monday to Sunday.
  • Availability: You must be available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Commitment: Full flexibility is essential, including weekends and school holidays. Days off will typically be midweek.
  • Experience: Previous experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Party Hosting: Taking sole charge of parties with confidence, you must be bubbly and ready to lead the fun!
  • Café & Kitchen: Taking orders, preparing food to high standards, and serving great drinks.
  • Centre Standards: Following cleaning schedules to keep our environment sparkling and safe.
  • Customer Service: Delivering a warm, professional experience for every family.
