site Supervisor – Bakery & Coffee Shop (40 Hours per Week)

Location: South East London
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Boulangerie Jade is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing bakery and coffee shop team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the team to achieve sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the bakery and coffee shop
  • Lead, motivate and support the team during shifts
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support recruitment, training and staff development

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a café, bakery, coffee shop, restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
  • Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (training can be provided)
