Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll craft delicious drinks, serve exceptional food, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your vibrant personality, will help foster a fun, engaging atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether working at the bar or in the dining area, you’ll be an essential part of delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently with cash handling and retail math skills.
  • Serve food promptly and professionally in settings ranging from fine dining to lively nightclubs and banquet events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to balance serving tables, bartending duties, and cleaning responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring all food safety standards are followed and guest expectations are exceeded.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering events.
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health regulations are met.
  • Experience working with diverse clientele in hospitality settings—retail math skills for sales upselling and cashiering are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in environments that may include brewing or retail aspects of the food industry.
