Opera Cafe is seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to lead our coffee program in the heart of Oxford. If you're a coffee enthusiast with a flair for leadership and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft outstanding coffee and train our team to do the same.
  • Manage daily coffee operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Inspire and develop our baristas to deliver a premium experience.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Proven experience as a barista, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of coffee preparation and trends.
