Waiter/Waitress/Server at Padella Shoreditch (EC2A 4PS)

Padella was London’s pioneering fresh pasta concept when it opened in Borough Market in 2016,focusing on high quality, seasonal recipes and techniques developed at Tim & Jordan’s first restaurant, Trullo,and at St John, The River Cafe and Moro, where they trained.

We’re still leading the field in our love for traditional Italian pasta; the kind you eat in people’s homes and in the best trattorias in Italy, while using a combination of the best quality and high welfare Italian and British seasonal ingredients.

We believe in unearthing and developing the most talented Front of House professionals in a friendly and supportive environment that prizes product knowledge and staff welfare above everything else. Intermediate and Advanced level WSET Training is included for FOH team.
