Rotherham Museum, Arts and Heritage is looking for two Visitor Services Assistants to become part of the Rotherham Museums, Arts and Heritage team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in the further development of the wider Rotherham Museum, Arts and Heritage team which includes Clifton Park Museum, Boston Castle and five heritage sites across Rotherham.

The Visitor Services Assistants will work as part of the Visitor Experience team to ensure our venues are welcoming and accessible. They will provide high quality customer experience to a wide range of visitors, sparking and engaging in conversations about the museum, the exhibitions and collections. They will also support the Museum’s commercial activity through operating the giftshop and by promoting the Walker Café, as well as opportunities for donations and future events.

The posts work on a rota basis across seven days a week with some slight seasonal fluctuations.
