F&B Team Member – Evenings & Weekends

Richmond Park Hotel | The Copper Kiln

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Member to join our Front of House team.

This is a part-time position, offering approximately 1–2 evening or weekend shifts per week, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods, functions and seasonal events.

The Role

You'll work across our restaurant and bar, helping to deliver excellent service and create a welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Serving food and beverages
  • Taking customer orders
  • Preparing and serving drinks
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Supporting weddings, functions and special events
  • Working closely with the kitchen and management team

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Friendly and confident with customers
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player
  • Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided

Hours

  • Approximately 1–2 evening or weekend shifts per week
  • Additional hours available during busy periods and functions
