Contini is recruiting confident and knowledgeable Bartender / Baristas to join our iconic Edinburgh venues. We are currently hiring for two distinct positions across our family-run group, offering options for both permanent career security and fast-paced summer contracts.

• Contini George Street (Permanent): 30 hours per week, structured over 5 days. Perfect if you are looking for long-term stability in a vibrant city-center environment.
• Cannonball Restaurant, Royal Mile (Fixed-Term): Full-time hours on a fixed contract running until September 6th. Ideal for those looking for an exciting, fast-paced role during our peak season right next to Edinburgh Castle.

We are looking for someone who is efficient, confident and hard working and ready to work with our charming and attentive team. All our bar team are well trained and work closely with the wider Front of House and Kitchen teams to produce a happy and welcoming environment for all our customers whilst serving delicious food and drink.

To join our team:

• Previous Bartending experience is required and due to licensing you must be over the age of 18.
• You must have a positive, can-do attitude, the confidence to prepare, blend and serve hot and cold drinks for customers.
• You will need to have knowledge of classic cocktail specs and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Experience in Barista skills is a must as our coffee is a large part of our dining experience.
• Having strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• You will be expected to contribute to a positive, efficient and knowledgeable working team and environment.

We are a family-run business with three award-winning restaurants in Edinburgh City Centre: Contini on George Street; The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant at the Scottish National Gallery on The Mound; and Cannonball Restaurant & Bar.
