Full job description

Cheeky Burger is recruiting for Senior Festival & Events Catering (Street food Chef) Manager to be a part of our events and bring the vibe and burgers to some of the UK’s most high-profile music events & festivals.

This role would suit someone with management experience, who’s handy in the kitchen and has basic DIY skills who enjoys being at festivals and has an interest in corporate events.

  • Full UK driving License is a MUST (no more than 3 points)
  • Experience of managing a team in a street food, event catering, restaurant of cafe business.
  • Know your way around a kitchen and not afraid to get stuck in
  • Basic DIY skills - handy with tools (drills, saws, ladders etc)
  • Experience of EHO checks & compliance regulations
  • Experience in stock control, placing orders and scheduling
  • Passion for food, music, festivals and concerts
  • Experience in developing and nurturing a positive team culture
  • Enthusiastic, fun, positive attitude with fresh and exciting ideas who enjoys both customer and client facing roles
  • Level 2 Food & Hygiene preferred (we can put you through the qualification if not)
  • Experience with gazebo set ups preferred
  • Any knowledge of electrical installations, event power, plumbing or carpentry is a plus
