Full job description

South London DAY TIME cafe & restaurant business looking for an experienced front of house person to join our expanding team and manage our latest location.

The successful candidate shall be working alongside experienced, professional and friendly operations managers and shall receive coffee training under one of the most experienced Head Baristas in South London.

We are passionate and serious about our food, coffee and service. You should have experience of at least shift supervisor, a history of professional responsibility, strong customer service skills and an exemplary work ethic.

We have excellent staff retention rates for our industry. Most of our staff members have been with us for over 2 years with several being elevated to management positions. We believe in investing in our staff to better serve both our internal and external customers - all of which contributes to the continuing success and growth of our business.

In addition to your hourly salary we also pay holiday hours accrued on a monthly basis, according to the hours worked.
