Job Title: Dual-Venue Line Chef (Pizza & Burgers)
Location: Dual-Site (30-second walk between venues)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience Level: Basic cooking knowledge required (Full training provided)Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile Line Chef to join our team across two distinct, neighboring food concepts. You will cook authentic, traditional Neapolitan pizza one day, and smash handcrafted gourmet burgers the next. Both venues are located just a 30-second walk from each other. You do not need to be a master pizzaiolo or a burger expert yet. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training for both menus. However, you must possess basic kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for high-quality casual dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Neapolitan Pizza Days: Stretch dough, dress pizzas with traditional ingredients, and manage high-temperature stone ovens.
  • Smash Burger Days: Portion premium beef, execute the perfect sear and smash technique on a hot flat-top grill, and build burgers to spec.
  • Venue Rotation: Transition seamlessly between the two kitchen environments based on the weekly rota.
  • Prep Work: Prepare fresh toppings, sauces, dough, and patties according to food safety standards.
  • Kitchen Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and allergen management at both sites.

What We Are Looking For

  • Basic Cooking Knowledge: Experience in a commercial kitchen, cafe, or fast-casual environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfort switching between different cooking styles and kitchen setups.
  • Reliability: Punctual, organised, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Team Player: Great communication skills to collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams across both locations.
