What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years specialty coffee experience
  • Confident dialing in espresso and adjusting grind throughout service
  • Consistent latte art
  • Calm under pressure during busy brunch periods
  • Friendly, switched-on and professional with customers
  • High standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running the coffee section during service
  • Maintaining quality and consistency at all times
  • Supporting front of house when needed
  • Taking customer orders, handling payments, and serving drinks/food
  • Cleaning and resetting tables promptly
  • Opening / closing duties
  • Helping maintain the warm, upmarket atmosphere we’re building
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
