About us

Harbour Park Ltd is a small business in HOSPITALITY in Littlehampton. Our goal is to deliver entertainment to children and parents in a safe and clean environment..

Being part of our catering team with a role primarily as part of our front of house and indoor attractions area, within our various food service outlets, is a rewarding position. The advertised role is for primerily part time (3 or 4 or 5 days a week) depending upon the applicant circumstances with work beginning in July).

Successful applicants will be reliable, sensible, polite, friendly and able to work well as part of a diverse team sometimes under pressure and at times in a busy environment. Previous hygiene, customer service or food preparation experience is preferable but not essential as training will be given. Good communication skills will be an advantage for candidates.

The working day normally can start at 0900 hrs and usually finishes around 1800 hrs depending on time of year. Weekend and school holiday periods are working as these are our peak times. This makes the role ideal to fit around other commitments. Company pension scheme is included. Company uniform and staff discounts are provided.

Duties include: You will be required to adhere to food hygiene regulations when working on the front of house area making hot and cold beverages, ice cream and other items.
Till operation will be required as well as cleaning of the public and servery spaces. You will be communicating policies relating to our indoor attractions to members of the public in this role. Periodic checks of play equipment (training given) and maintaining tidiness/cleanliness of the equipment will be required for the role to maintain a safe play space for our guests.

Some manual handling of stock deliveries and replenishment will be required. You will be trained in cash handling and till operation in multiple outlets to allow flexibility and relief for break periods. Work must always be to high standards and you will be required to maintain good personal hygiene.
