Daytime Breakfast / Brunch Chef – No Nights – Whitley Bay

Rustic Cup is looking for an experienced breakfast/brunch chef or strong cafe chef to join our kitchen team in Whitley Bay.

This is a daytime kitchen role with no evening service and no late nights. The latest finish is 5pm.

We are a busy brunch cafe, so we need someone who can work at pace, stay organised, and run a section confidently during service.

Pay: £13.50–£14/hour depending on experience
Hours: usually 35–42 hours per week
Shifts: daytime only, early starts from 6am
Weekend availability: required
Trial: trial shift required
Start: quick start available for the right person

The role includes:

Running a section during busy brunch service
Preparing and organising kitchen before service
Cooking breakfast and brunch dishes consistently
Keeping your area clean, stocked and ready
Working calmly with the rest of the kitchen team

This role would suit someone who:
