THE POSITION

Counter Staff

We are looking for experienced Counter Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers at the counter, upselling and maintaining good customer relations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serving customers at the counter.
  • maintain good customer relations
  • Monitor customer arena and ensure all areas clean at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries speedily and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working area environment
  • Cash handling

ABOUT YOU

You will have previous Counter Serving experience in a Restaurant / Cafe / Hospitality environment
