Barista (Part Time) - Black Sheep Coffee

24 Hours Per Week - Part Time

Pay: £12.75 Per Hour

Requirements: Mon-Sun Flexibility, shifts, Barista experience desirable, Valid passport and right to work in the UK

What you’ll be doing

As a Part Time barista you will amaze our customers with your skills and knowledge about specialty coffee, deliver great customer service, and make incredible Coffee!

  • Take orders through the till system quickly and efficiently
  • Deliver unforgettable customer service with a smile
  • Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, fully operational coffee station.
  • Make outstanding coffee and products. Show off your latte art – get creative!

What we’re looking for

We are after unique, enthusiastic people with a background in fast-paced customer service roles. The diary to accommodate flexible shifts and people who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.

Previous barista experience is highly desirable; however, we offer full barista training so you can become a confident Black Sheep Coffee barista in a matter of months.

We were founded by Eirik and Gabe, university flatmates who quit their job to leave the herd behind and embark on an exciting coffee journey. Striving not only to rid the world of boring coffee but to do this sustainability and ethically. Our coffee is sourced straight from plantation and our cups are fully recyclable.
