Café Shift Leader

Location: Henley Street Boston Tea Party

Experience: 1 year experience

Ready to step up and lead the shift? You’ll run the floor, guide the team, and hold the full café to account. It’s busy, dynamic, and full of opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead café shifts with confidence and clarity
  • Complete daily opening and closing duties to a high standard
  • Assign team roles using Aces in Places and adapt throughout service
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints with empathy and speed
  • Maintain clear communication and energy across FOH and kitchen teams
  • Help coach and train team members on the floor
  • Support team development and role progression through real-time feedback
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, allergens and legal compliance always
