Front of House Associate

We're looking for an experienced Front of House Assistant to join our busy daytime café team, working 2-3 weekdays alongside alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized working area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Understanding of hospitality and restaurant industry standards
- Experience in guest services and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to upsell products and promote special offers or promotions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
