Are you a part-time Barista who is genuinely obsessed with making great quality coffee and offering the best customer service? Then we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a part-time Barista to join the team here at our independent, speciality coffee shop in Canford Cliffs.

We're looking for someone who is truly excited about dialling in an espresso; geeking out over extraction and who is constantly perfecting that perfect cup, to create the best coffee in the area.

We’re an independent specialty coffee shop situated within a wellness studio. So there's no chain vibes here. No burnt beans, no shortcuts taken. Just high-quality coffee, made every day using top-tier machines with a team who are genuinely passionate about their craft.

We’re proud to be among the top 10% of coffee destinations in Poole for quality and consistency and we only want to continue to build on this excellence. So here's what we’re looking for in this role:

  • You’ll have worked in a specialty coffee environment (think 18g in, 36g out - that's your kind of language)
  • You're passionate about delivering the best - not only with the coffee you serve, but the way it's served; creating excellence in customer service, with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • You know how to dial in espresso, steam silky milk and you’re comfortable working on manual or semi-auto machines
  • You thrive being part of a team that’s serious about coffee and flourish in environments that want to constantly evolve, to create the best
  • You bring a flexible, can do, hands on approach to all you do
  • You are able to work Monday to Sunday (flexible hours on offer)
