Kitchen Assistant - Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Kitchen team. With all food items made fresh to order, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for delicious food and bakes.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be required to fulfil a range of duties:

  • Have a hands-on approach with effective communication.
  • Support the Kitchen Supervisor with stock control and food margins.
  • Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high volume environment.
  • Be knowledgeable and confident preparing food items and equipment daily to ensure the smooth running of the day.
  • Maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety standards - updating documents required on a daily basis.
  • Preparing of breakfast and lunch items on the menu when ordered.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work space, washing up and putting away of items.
