We’re Hiring – Portstewart

We’re opening a brand new coffee shop in Portstewart this summer and we’re looking for great people to join us.

We’re currently recruiting for:

  • Head Barista
  • Baristas
  • Front of House Team Members

Before you read any further, this probably isn’t for you if you’re just looking for somewhere to pick up a wage.

We’re building a team of people who genuinely enjoy hospitality. People who love interacting with customers, take pride in what they do, and want to be part of creating something special from day one.

Experience is great, but personality matters more.

We can teach someone how to make coffee. We can teach someone how our systems work. What we can’t teach is enthusiasm, energy, warmth and a genuine desire to look after people.

Head Barista

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about speciality coffee and wants to lead from the front.

You’ll help set standards, train team members, maintain coffee quality and play a key role in shaping the customer experience from the day we open.

Previous barista experience is essential and leadership experience would be a huge advantage.

Baristas

Whether you’re an experienced barista or someone who wants to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be making coffee, learning about speciality coffee, serving customers and helping us deliver a consistently high-quality experience every day.

Front of House

You’ll be the face of the business.

Greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, keeping the shop looking its best and creating an atmosphere that makes people want to come back again and again.

No hospitality experience is required, but a great personality is.
