Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain food safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests. Your leadership will drive the success of our coffee shop by combining culinary expertise with outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
  • Lead and motivate staff, including baristas and food prep team members, fostering a positive team environment
  • Oversee food production, preparation, and serving processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety practices are followed
  • Train staff on food safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding guest experience

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably within a coffee shop or café environment
  • Extensive background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation techniques
  • Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary practices, and food safety regulations
  • Barista experience is highly desirable to understand coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality principles combined with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining operational standards
