Full job description

Medicine is a fast growing brand yet we retain the core values of being an independent business. Our passion is creating beautiful artisan bakery goods, Fresh innovative dishes in unique venues.

The role will be across our Birmingham sites at our daytime cafes.

To apply for this position you should have in-depth knowledge of cooking, grilling techniques and an ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. References from previous employers will also be needed.
